Horrible! Don’t ever call because it won’t let you talk to anyone. You try and talk to someone it will hang up on you. Waste of time

Long line, slow service with few people working. No place to just drop off pre labeled packages.

Wow! I really don’t like criticizing on a public site but this takes the cake. A few hours ago I went to the Summerville USPS to mail two small packages. The line was long so I opted for the self-service kiosk. I waited 5-10 minutes for one woman to finish her transaction and then completed mine. The drop bin wouldn’t open so I walked to the head of the line to ask where I could drop off my ready to mail packages. I was told that the drop bin was full and that I would have to stand in line with everyone else, a line that had now grown substantially since I walked in. If I had known that I would not have used the kiosk in the first place. That is such an absurd suggestion when clearing the bin would solve the problem and encourage others to use the kiosk. Solution. I took my packages to Staples to drop off…no line!

This is the worst post office on the planet. First they don't deliver your stuff. Then they tell you it's out for delivery when you come to pick it up. Of course that lie is only told after you stand in line for 30 minutes. So you go home and wait for delivery which will only bring you back to the line for 30 minutes. The place a cesspool of incompetence.
