- PJPAUL JARVIS4 days ago1.0I've left a positive review of this place in the past but after this experience ill never go back i went in with roughly 10 packages for return and the lady running the amazon return desk, whos name i wasn't told or i would mention it just stared at me. i joking said I'm sorry in reference to the amount of packages. and she let out an audible sigh then proceeded very rudely to tell me things were packaged wrong and one label didn't go to that store and decided she didn't want to deal with this and slid all the boxes across the store and said someone else will take care of this. she was not nice at all and could have explained things a calmer more polite manner. the other associate she passed all of this off onto at least took a moment to try and explain what the first lady refused to. i will not select this store again for returns or anything for that matter.
