  I run multiple businesses and do a lot of ordering through Amazon because I’m usually tied to my desk most days. Recently I furnished two new Airbnb units, which meant ordering a lot of items and unfortunately returning quite a few when I changed my mind. Anyone who does Amazon returns at UPS knows that walking in with a large stack of returns can sometimes come with eye rolls, sighs, or attitudes that make you feel like you’re doing something wrong. Since I couldn’t get away from my desk, I sent my mom to handle the returns for me. She ended up having a large number of packages and at one point a few of the return slips got mixed up with the wrong items. She even had to call me a couple of times while standing there trying to sort everything out. Patty V. and Savannah were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Instead of getting frustrated or rushing her along, they were patient, kind, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to help her match the correct items with the correct return labels and made sure everything was handled properly. Not once did they make her feel like it was an inconvenience. In today’s world it’s extremely rare to come across employees who are genuinely kind, patient, and helpful, especially when dealing with something as time consuming as a large batch of returns. Patty V. and Savannah are a fantastic representation of the UPS Store and the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. Employees like them deserve to be recognized. Thank you both for going above and beyond. Your kindness did not go unnoticed.

  If you need something rushed for Saturday delivery, don't depend on UPS! Sent a passport from South Carolina at 12pm on Friday for Saturday delivery to Georgia. It cost $161.00. Nothing came on Saturday and there was no tracking information. When you call UPS customer service, they refer you back to the retail store. The UPS store (retail store) refers you to call corporate. I rescheduled my Egypt trip from 4pm Saturday to 7pm Saturday in hopes it will come because I was told it may still come. Nothing! Finally, Sunday evening showed tracking for Monday delivery at 8am. I rescheduled my flight for Monday at 10:30pm. Again, it didn't arrive. Somehow it was sorted wrong.UPS sent a "next day" scheduled delivery package to West Virginia and then Kentucky. Once it arrived in Georgia, it got lost from being sorted wrong. There's no update on the delivery status. UPS completely failed me. My trip has to be canceled and lots of money is wasted.

  This is the best UPS store I've been to. Service is always fast (even if there is a line) and employees are friendly. They will print shipping labels for you, which is a big plus if you don't have a printer at home.
