- AAAMJWJ5 days ago1.0Paid to overnight very important documents. The person who helped us wasn't exactly pleasant. Now no one knows where the envelope is. When we tried to call, we couldn't get person from that office on the phone. Finally did talk to a PERSON, the person we spoke to (very difficult to understand) said we never brought in package when we handed it to them the day before and lied to us. Incompetent at best. This was the last thing we needed when dealing with death of a loved one. I want a refund.
