Workers let me stand waiting at a register in the print shop for over five minutes, never telling me the register was already closed down. I was begging for anyone to let me pay for my prints. When I ordered my prints, I confirmed the store received my email including the pdf drawing file before I left the store. The worker told me the prints would be done before closing that night. I was halfway home 30 minutes later when I was emailed the prints were finished. The worker should have asked me if I wanted to wait on her to print the drawings. It took me another 45 minutes to drive back to the store and 30 minutes home again. I had to spend over two hours driving instead of waiting 15 minutes. That is terrible service and therefore I will never come back.
