There's clearly a continuous staffing issue as the recent reviews reflect. The guy doing returns stopped w/>15 people in line to checkout the <10 people in line that appeared AFTER I stood in the return line. I seen 3 other employees helping <5 people. When I asked if someone was going to come back to returns, I was told there were 4 callouts and he's doing his best, which I don't doubt. I asked if he was the only 1 that could do checkouts, he said everyone else was busy. Collectively, Staples needs to do better.

There are 3 registers at this counter, it would be beneficial to open a second one when the line is literally to the door. You are going to run off your employees if you keep letting them drown with that return line.
