  I concur these folks are absolutely amazingly patient and helpful! I had been to all the libraries, tried all the things to print and they somehow did what I needed just in the nick of time! The two ladies working in the print area, thank you so much 🙏🏽.

  I’m exceedingly disappointed in staples. The store may be fine but the Amazon return line is just outrageous. I generally allot 30 minutes of wait time to return a package…new record is 1 hour. No one seems to care either—just making excuses about only having one scanner. Very frustrating!

  I recently visited Staples to return an Amazon package and was very disappointed with the experience. The line was incredibly long, and only one cashier was handling returns. Despite the clear backup, no additional staff came over to assist. There was also a long line at the front register, and yet no one seemed to be monitoring or managing the customer flow. This lack of support during peak return season especially right after Christmas is frustrating and avoidable. If management knows returns surge during this period, it would make sense to schedule additional staff or floaters to help ease congestion and improve customer satisfaction. It’s not just about customer service it’s about operational awareness. The layout of the return area also contributes to the chaos. The Amazon return counter is right at the front of the store, which creates crowding as people gather near the entrance. This could easily be alleviated by re-routing the return line toward the rear or along the side of the store, allowing customers to queue more comfortably without blocking the main entry area. Staples has the potential to offer convenient services, but when basic logistics and customer support are lacking, the experience becomes more frustrating than helpful. Hopefully, these concerns are addressed, especially during high-traffic periods, so customers don’t have to feel like they’re being penalized for simply needing to make a return.
