- CTConnie TallentMay 20, 20211.0Friday May 14 morning went to Starr post office, to overnight small box to Washington. It was very much needed blood pressure meds for husband. The woman behind counter seemed a little baffled by overnight request, she said she couldn't find "the right"something, then proceeded to weigh and put labels on box. I asked her twice during this, if box would indeed make it to Washington overnight, as it contained needed meds for recipient. She assured me it was definitely being over nighted. Spent almost 40.00 for overnight service, which NEVER happened. Husband did not receive box. Monday I went back to Starr p.o. to find out what was going on. I did get full refund back, after we found out the box was in Greenville p.o.! Today is Thursday May 20, and the tracking shows box is just now in Washington, hopefully it gets to husband today. Absolutely no excuse for this shoddy service from a Post office! If the woman couldn't find the correct stuff she needed to overnight the box, she could've told me Sorry, you need to go to another PO to overnight. I would have gladly done that. Will be driving a little further from now on to use another p.o.

- RRReviewsJan 7, 20201.0I would really appreciate it if my packages wasnt always left in my drive way but put on my porch or steps I have this same problem every time I watched the person on my security camera pull up in my drive way and didnt even bother getting out of car instead they just dropped it out there window on the ground so mail person in a white jeep I would really like it if you would leave my packages on my door step or porch thank you very much
