Took my money from my account no proof of transaction and was told to handle it with my bank even though it was their issue and their system locked up. Very rude and unhelpful black associate who does NOT need to be working with the public and only cared about wrapping up her shift. Ive been going there since I moved to spartanburg but NEVER again!! Do not recommend if you want friendly HELPFUL service.

They don’t close until 5pm but yet shuts the door in my husbands face at 4:45 and always is Talking down to people. Wish I could get ahold of someone to file a complaint. Also why does this location never have any change of address forms?
