  After using many dollars over the years with FedEx, my experience now is making me go to UPS. Don’t go here. Poor customer service.

  One of their delivery drivers decided to go off-roading and take out our mailbox and light pole. This resulted in the wiring being ripped out of our home going into a Sunday. Required an electrician and had to stay in a local motel for a bit due to no heat in the winter and 4 children. We also lost ALL of the food in our refrigerator and freezer. Yet to receive any form of compensation for FedExs actions nearly 6 months later after filing a claim. We were not even receiving a package that day from your company. Thanks for the reduced Christmas budget last year FedEx. I would recommend people ship with other companies as when this happened and they transferred your packages to another truck, they where absolutely launching them in the back.

  River a worker at FedEx is one of the worst workers in customer service i have ever had. Been a business owner for 25 years and always used these guys. . I asked him to help my change my language in writing on the computer from English to Spanish he rolled his eyes and said he doesnt speak Spanish. Then took 5 minutes on my buying time that I paid for to help assist me. Everytime I come in the store he treats customers like crap like its our fault he hates his job! Worst customer service. They need to replace him stat. I would never hire an employee who is far from Humble! That job is to help and assist people and if you dont like it, find something else.

  Came here again to get something done, and remembered I had a review from that time. They deleted it! The incompetence of this place is ridiculous. Don’t waste your time with clueless and not helpful sloths.

  FedEx packages usually arrive with some kind of damage in my experience in this general vicinity.
