Even though my postman admitted it was lost in the mail. Horrible service!

I went to another office and they told me I needed extra items I KNOW I did not need and they turned me away. I just think they didn't want to help me I came here during walk in hours that same day applied got my passport in 2 weeks didn't need any of that extra stuff the other place said I needed.

The supervisor at this branch was EXTREMELY rude and basically threatened to have my packages be picked up Funny how that's happening now! Nicki needs to go. She is very unprofessional.

I was dealing with a fraud case and trying to obtain more info on a tracking number that did not result in a package being delivered to my house. The woman behind the counter looked it up for me but couldn’t tell me much. She asked me if I had spoken with a supervisor (instead of me having to ask). She then had me step aside. I had been waiting a few minutes when Jonas noticed and came to see if he could help me as the supervisors were in a meeting. He listened to me taking my problem seriously and was extremely helpful in getting me the information I needed to prove the fraud case. I greatly appreciate the time he took and consideration he gave to help.
