I went to post office because I had a package say it was delivered Oct 14 2025 and I went to post office in person to speak with Tobias several times so I notice the employees always say he's at lunch ok 11 am and on lunch already so I went back the same day around 1pm he still wasn't there so atp is he avoiding me because I left messages with employees..so to my understanding its Always a station manager on duty so I will be returning again since Tobias hasn't reached out to me yet about my missing package....But if he hide again I will call the 800 number on him

New mail carrier for Cambridge subdivision is terrible!!! Walked out to her truck and she refused to give me my package, then cancelled my order, then posted that I refused and then came back to say my door was not accessible…. I guess to cover her own back, a few weeks ago she crammed an oversized package in my mailbox and it broke the mailbox… this is our taxpayer dollars… I worked at the postal service, I never seen anyone like this person…. This is exactly why the P.O is losing money…From now on all my packages will be sent through anyone but the postal service.. I don’t care what it costs…. Maybe if I get a restraining order on her they will move her elsewhere

100% unreliable services. I have had three extremely poor experiences very recently, that cost me a lot of inconvenience, money and time. 1. I mailed a money order to other state. The envelope clearly stated "From" and "To" addresses, and I also told the teller which is the receiving address. However, after 3 days this mail came back to me and I had to mail it using UPS overnight delivery which cost me $70 to mail $60 money order, not to mention I had already paid $12 to USPS for their failed delivery. 2. After a month, I put a change of address request to reroute all my letter to my new address. Nothing came in my mail box for more than 4 weeks, so I contacted them only to find out that their staff made some error in their computer while processing my request. After knowing this, it took another 3 weeks for me to be able to see all the letters. 3. On 22 September, 2025 I was notified by informed delivery that two mails are coming. One of the mails was highly important for me. I did not receive it. I waited for 2-3 days, went to local USPS, got cold response from employees there. They are ready to look into it. I called their Customer Service and explained. Someone called after 2 hours and assured that I should be getting my delayed mails in a day or two. I waited, received nothing and now lost hope that I would ever receive those two mails. I have to request the company to mail them again. Do not recommend this location and USPS in general. I don't know why they have employees who either don't know how to do their job properly and responsibly or they simply do the work just for the sake of it. Super annoyed with this lack of accountability, lethargic work ethic and delayed responses. It's not their employees, but their entire system is a broken. Super annoyed, frustrated and I have no trust in their ability to serve at all.
