Other people went after me and she took their equipment will never come back here. Management if you have a contract with Spectrum and your workers don’t take the equipment because they don’t feel like it it’s wrong. I was sent to the ups because the wait was to long for me to return it there.

It was a birthday present and time sensitive. I had to ask for a refund and was denied. I will never return. And, I hate complaining, I’ve complained 3 times in my life.
