    I called Fed ex while leaving the Spartanburg county public library. Mr.River answered the phone. What a gentleman. He was nice over the phone and even nicer in person when I got there. He was willing to go above and beyond to help me and I hope he knows that I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. My prints came out great quality. Thank you fedex for hiring Mr. River Thank you Mr.River for having such a great spirit. God bless you.

    Slow employees where standing around talking and not serving the customers. When I ask is this where I drop my package off? They answered if you want to. What??? Can I get a yes or no. 🫤

    Love the staff they are always so helpful. With their assistance I am able to come in and get my needs met quickly and effectively, as I have multiple printing projects and shipping items multiple times a week. Overall a great store with a lovely atmosphere and friendly faces!
