- SCStacy CravenJan 13, 20265.0Absolutely fantastic, I Cut off my post office box or actually I turned off my post office box for my mother-in-law‘s post office box she’s 83 years old. I went to turn the keys in and have a Forwarding Address added to her account and when I went in, they said that the person who is shutting down the mailbox would have to be there along with a valid ID. I explained to him that she was 83 not really able to walk, but I would go get her and have her come in if that was necessary. Chris . was there he said No I will come out to the vehicle and verify her identity if it’s hard for her to walk I just thought that was a wonderful service. You don’t see that much anymore so I highly recommend this post office. Also while I was I just observed great customer service to everyone in the office. The entire staff were extremely helpful and friendly knowledgeable people who are very professional.
