  The employees were professional and caring. They worked in a devoted fervor to accomplish goals for the customers. This was a week before Christmas, with the lines down the plaza. The employee that was taking care of me was informative about which way was best for me to send mail to arrive before Christmas. Thank you UPS.

  This UPS store always has the nicest folks working there. Smiles on everyone’s faces and patience with the people who can’t figure out a damn thing. I’m not one of them but they are always in front of me. These UPS folks are way nicer than I could ever be and I appreciate them!

  In these days of diminishing authentic, interactive and caring customer sevice, this store is a bright light in the darkness, a standout, a model for the right way to run a business that brings workability to everyone. It all starts with leadership! The owner is engaging, interactive, respectful, humble, and caring with a true can-do, problem-solving approach. He works alongside his team members in the fashion of a true servant leader. His attitude and standards have a very positive impact on the young staff. The culture of honest, caring service was never more apparent than yesterday - a very busy day with a customer line that stretched to the door and, at times, doubled up in places. The owner's assistant, a very engaging young man, went the extra mile in so many ways to assist me while demontrating every characteristic that I mentioned above. And, all the while that he helped me, the rest of the team, including the owner, stepped up to quickly and efficiently serve everyone else. First, the assistant advised me that it would be less expensive for me to use a box to ship my item rather than the padded envelope I packed it in. Then he took me through delivery times, guarantees, and pricing options, retrieved a box and packed my item for me. But - that's not all he did. I had a photograph on a flashdrive that I wanted to print and frame as a Christmas gift. He went through paper options and prices, and gave me the reasons one would use each type of paper. After I selected the paper, he recommended that I go to Hobby Lobby, an anchor store in the same shopping center, to find a matte and frame. Then, he went to work on my low resolution photograph. He didn't just print it and send me on my way. He printed samples on plain paper first, and asked for my feedback. Then, he took time to edit the photograph, trying my suggestions, and advising me when I asked for his thoughts. After he printed the final product (which he improved tremendously), he took his time to precisely perfectly cut the photograph for framing, being completely delightfully patient and laser-focused throughout the entire process. And he was kind. When it was time for me to check out, he started to step to the register at the same time another team member did to serve an obviously handicaped gentleman who had a hard time standing. The owner's assistant respectfully stepped back and waited to make sure that the gentleman didn't have to wait. One might think such kindness was prompted by the spirit of the holidays, but I've been a delighted customer for 8 years. I assure you that the service and attitudes I described above happen every day in this store. If you have a choice, I highly recommend that you, like me, choose Seneca's Applewood Center UPS store for your shipping, notary, passport, and printing needs. I've now used every service myself. And, I've been blown away by how the employees in this store help Clemson students create amazing visuals for their final projects. Hats off, 5 + stars, and Congratulations to this remarkable store - to the owner and the employees who create the environment that makes customers feel confident, cared for, and well-served! OH! And the final product? The framed photograph? It brought tears to my eyes! It turned out exactly the way I'd hoped it would!
