  I was beyond stressed because of an item not arriving in time for an event that I had the next day. As an event planner certain pieces of your event have to be there. The backdrop image is what I was lacking. I went to Staples to see if there was any chance that I could save this event. I needed an image blown up from Etsy, to create a backdrop. I walked over to the Copycenter and the young man that came to assist me was amazing. He listened to what I was saying I needed to do. He told me the best types of images that would work to resize to the scale that I needed. He then proceeded to assist other customers while I was downloading the images. Once I had what I needed downloaded, he walked me through the steps of sending it to the copy center. He retrieved the images and tried several different sizes to ensure that the image would look the best possible. He started the printing process and assisted another customer while my order was printing. He even managed to keep his pleasant demeanor when a snippy man came in trying to rush an order that wasn't due to be picked up for over 2 hours. Bless this young man! He really has a gift of working with the public and he multi-tasks like a robot. He was kind natured and sweet to all, even while rushing trying to help everyone. I can't remember if his name is Issac or Isaiah but he needs to be recognized for his hard work.
