I see the young guy was doing g something for the customer in front of me. 10 minutes goes by… then his phone rings and he’s talking to a customer knowing I ve been standing there. He finished with the costumer finally in front of me and just keeps talking on the phone without saying I’ll be right with you or putting the person on hold since I had been standing there so long. I say something to him and he just points to the phone like I’m stupid. I tell him I’ve been waiting some time and he calls someone who didn’t respond. I walk out … very poor customer service He didn’t care

- SSScoutOct 30, 20251.0Needed a single package which I had paid delivery for from Amazon, they attempted and failed delivery and had me pick it up here instead, despite ME already paying for delivery. When they sent me here they won't even let me pick it up because I ordered the package under my father's name even though I have his ID with me, I told the staff I could call ot contact him to confirm but they wouldn't even consider that as an opinion due to "security measures" or just plain laziness. In addition this experience I had with this store doesn't seem to be the only variable as there is an excessive amount of similar negative reviews with this staples store alone. Overall, staff was less than unsatisfactory, the store was putrid, and the bathrooms were nearly as awful as the majority of the employees.
