Return easily made, but to be told, “I can’t take your trash” when asked if the small envelope the package was shipped to me in could be put in her trash can is unacceptable!! .You are a return center. Plan accordingly.

Britt back where you return stuff to be shipped to Amazon for a refund was very rude and unkind to my wife and it was my wife’s first time returning stuff so I wanted to take the time out of my day to let you all know I will be contacting cooperate to inform them on your what seems like untrained employees in customer service.

I was in the printing area , waited and waited. I see the young guy was doing g something for the customer in front of me. 10 minutes goes by… then his phone rings and he’s talking to a customer knowing I ve been standing there. He finished with the costumer finally in front of me and just keeps talking on the phone without saying I’ll be right with you or putting the person on hold since I had been standing there so long. I say something to him and he just points to the phone like I’m stupid. I tell him I’ve been waiting some time and he calls someone who didn’t respond. I walk out … very poor customer service He didn’t care
