The flag is up. I cannot do much more for you than that. The rest is up to you. This is not my first time experiencing this. You have to be pretty out of it to mess this up. Flag up? Then I got to stop and pick up mail even if I don't have any to drop off, right? Typical though of workers lately. Inept and lazy employees at Scranton,SC PO seems to be the norm.
