Although we were unable to come in at the same time we both were helped immediately as we walked in! Thank you both for your kindness and willingness to help! Everyone we spoke to prior to this visit said, Go to Sandy Springs USPS they are super nice and fast…. And y’all were,so a Big Shout Out to you both!!!!!

- AMAllie MattisonOct 22, 20251.0Worst experience today. I walked in at 3:05 for a passport appointment for my Son. His appointment was at 3:15. I was greeted by Brittany who was loudly smacking on her chewing gum. Keep in mind one other person was in line behind me. I told Brittany I was here for my Sons passport appointment and while snacking on her gum she said with a smirk “I don’t have any passport appointments for today”. I said “I have my appointment confirmation let me look”. When I checked I realized it was for tomorrow at 3:15. Honest mistake. I said is there not any way we can do it today since it requires both parents to be here and we had to take off work and get our child out of school early. She said “nope there isn’t”. I just find it hard to believe that a small post office that obviously wasn’t busy (and didn’t have any other passports appointments for today) wouldn’t help out someone as a good gesture and provide customer service support. Absolutely insane!! Thank you USPS for making it nearly impossible to get a passport for a child and for hiring people that should be working in a plant if they don’t want to deal face-to-face with customers!
