- KRKathryn Ennis RodriguezJan 31, 20261.0Have my mail on hold for pick up because of the recent ice and snow and our road stays shady and they won’t deliver. The usual customer service guy has been fine but when I went today, Saturday 1/31, the post office was open and I got an email my mail was ready. When I went to the office to get it I couldn’t get anyone to help me. I could hear a group of people behind the door laughing and when I knocked I hear a woman say “there’s two people out there” laugh and walk away. They were then making fun of us. I tried to yell through the wall I was here to pick up my mail and their laughing and chatter stopped. I said I was here to get my mail and they told me to come in and ask. And they then just continued on normal conversation. Less than thrilled. I have been waiting on a very important piece of mail that I got a email was delivered today and I could come get it. Do better. It’s not hard to be kind. Even if you didn’t want to hand me my mail, just say so.
- MMmjJan 17, 20261.0I came to the Ebenezer location and I am sitting outside after being turn away 10 mins before they closed. They are intentionally moving slow so people come by at 1145am or after will be turn away. This is why usps is doing so bad nationally.
