- MMMarie MarieDec 2, 20251.0This post office is the worst!!!! They won’t redeliver my package when they are the ones who lied and said I requested them to not deliver my package when it was already out for delivery. I was home waiting for my package. Nobody knocked. I spoke to nobody. Way to go you saved 30 seconds and caused another person such a hassle. This was a Christmas gift. Now I have to wait until the 10th to begin a refund process which takes time and I’m already so limited on funds to be able to order new stuff. Will not order from anybody who ships via usps just because they can’t do their job. Could’ve marked it for resolved then next day but no now I can’t get it because they said I refused it. Hard to believe it’s a mistake when this always happens. Just to save their own job.

- AJAlicisa JohnsonNov 18, 20251.0Not a good experience at this post office today. I go in there all the time to mail care packages to my daughter. However today I had a return and needed a piece of tape for the box. The clerk proceeds to tell me that she can’t give me a piece of tape as she talks on her phone that is propped up behind a box or something at her station. She told me I could purchase tape for $4. I started to purchase the tape but remembered that I had some in the car. Went to car to tape the box. When I went back in, I went to another clerk. While still on her cell phone she says “oh you had tape in the car?” I wanted to say “ma’am don’t worry about it. Finish your phone call.” I wouldn’t have been so upset about the tape if she wouldn’t have been on the phone trying to tell me what the rules are around tape distribution. If customers are going to be held to certain standards, hold the employees to standards as well.
- MDMarley DockeryOct 27, 20251.0had a package out for delivery. very important package and paid extra to get early. watched the mail man pull up (it’s raining a decent amount) and he pulled off and the i got a message saying “couldn’t find the location, will deliver tomorrow no action needed”… this is finley road rock hill area. it’s october 27th 2025 4:03pm. man yall are th worst. if i see bro in his face imma say something.
