Not organized at all. Post man can’t even get out of his vehicle to make sure someone is home to sign for a package. Instead leaves a note no one home. After many attempts of trying to get them to re delivery, was told I have to pick it up now.

Wait times at this location are good, I don’t think I’ve had to wait more than 10 minutes when there is a line. The staff are friendly and helpful with whatever your questions or shipping needs are.

Several events involving a rural carrier that submits false delivery issues such as no access from a public road. Also fences blocking the way that are not a part of the community on any way. Most insane part is ..seconds after the delivery attempt notification...an Amazon truck parked in front of my home on the phone...WE KNOW!

Clerk was very rude to me and treated me like I was beneath her. It was my first time filling out a change of address form and she treated me like I was a complete idiot. I’m not originally from the area and I don’t have people to guide me in new things, so I really didn’t appreciate her attitude. I witnessed her gossiping about a customer and she repeatedly bossed me around (telling me where to walk and wouldn’t let me grab my ID from my car?) and accused me of not respecting others’ privacy because I stood a little past the sign. I’m not sure if it was racially motivated or what, but it left me with a sour taste in my mouth.
