- NANerry AliceaJan 23, 20261.0I had to fill out a form to report something lost, which isn't free, and I had to pay to fill it out. The cashier didn't know how to do it. She told me to wait a moment because the manager was on a call and would help me as soon as she finished. I waited for I don't know how long for the manager to come out, only for her to tell the cashier to tell me to go to another post office because she was busy. She didn't even come over to me, even though she saw me waiting. Terrible customer service.

That's how I "discovered" this gem. No line, pleasant, efficient service, did what I needed done without delay. Worth the trip. I've never felt the need to compliment a Post office, until now, and I'm 72.

He came out at 5:06 and said we are closed. Was very stale and rude about it. There was no one else inside. This is where customer service comes in. Not to mention there were others walking inside that came in after I did.
