He came out at 5:06 and said we are closed. Was very stale and rude about it. There was no one else inside. This is where customer service comes in. Not to mention there were others walking inside that came in after I did.

Ms. Missy is an incredibly pleasant and kind person. She truly cares about people and it is blatantly obvious, even with a short interaction. I needed a package sent from home and she was so understanding, even during these crazy times. Her customer service and compassion is second to none!
