I came into the store to drop off two packages I didn't understand exactly what she was telling me so I asked her to repeat to me what she was saying. Jenn then became rude by saying what to the question I asked and then when she printed my label she didn't hand me the label in my hand she threw it up on the counter requested money then walked away terrible customer service this needs to stop!
