Throw my packages on the ground outside in the rain not to mention nothing‘s ever delivered on time or delivered without being damaged. This is a federal institution. What the federal government is clean up this thing you called the post office.

I am always home, as I take care of my brother who is in a wheelchair, and I have a Ring camera that alerts me whenever someone approaches or rings the doorbell. It’s frustrating to miss important deliveries simply because no one made an actual attempt to notify me. In addition, there’s a constant mix-up with mail delivery. I live at 255, and my neighbor’s address is 225. Our mail is frequently delivered to the wrong address. I understand occasional mistakes happen, but this has become a near-daily issue and it’s very frustrating.

Also the informed delivery shows me what’s coming, and things don’t show up until later in the week, after they are marked delivered.
