Throw my packages on the ground outside in the rain not to mention nothing‘s ever delivered on time or delivered without being damaged. This is a federal institution. What the federal government is clean up this thing you called the post office.
- NMNat MartinJul 30, 20251.0The delivery driver never knocks or rings the doorbell when attempting to deliver certified mail. instead, they leave the pink slip claiming a missed delivery on my mailbox. I am always home, as I take care of my brother who is in a wheelchair, and I have a Ring camera that alerts me whenever someone approaches or rings the doorbell. It’s frustrating to miss important deliveries simply because no one made an actual attempt to notify me. In addition, there’s a constant mix-up with mail delivery. I live at 255, and my neighbor’s address is 225. Our mail is frequently delivered to the wrong address. I understand occasional mistakes happen, but this has become a near-daily issue and it’s very frustrating.
