- MIMichael Wise (IPREV4IL88)Jan 23, 20261.0I’d leave no stars if possible the United States Postal Service Is a joke at Best four packages scheduled to be here today. They are scattered across the southeast and not one of them came on time zero out of four this should be a crime.
- JCJay cSep 4, 20231.0Regularly marking undelivered packages as delivered, they may or may not show up days later. Marking packages as delivered that they lost out of a truck driving down the road, because the use a pickup with the tailgate down to deliver packages, thankfully a good Samaritan saw this and brought me my package. Local postmaster straight up told me when questioned about it that he marks undelivered packages as delivered so his office doesn't look bad. So they think it's better to lie than do their jobs.
- JNJeff NorrisJul 21, 20221.0I keep getting notices that items have been mailed to me, but they never arrive. Newberry County and Newberry Water both sent stuff but it did not arrive. When you call the post office they don't know anything. It is very frustrating.

Then when we go up there to get the item, they give us the wrong item and we had no way of knowing there was another item even there. Then they don't let us know the original item is still there until the following Saturday when they put another delivery notice in our mailbox.
