They took her mail back to the post office and when I went to pick it up this lady, Sheena, Shelia, whatever her name is decided it was OK to deny me her mail cuss me then walk away. I will BE FILING A COMPLAINT. I DONT CARE HOW BAD HER MORNING WAS, YOU DONT GET TO CURSE AT AN ALREADY DISTRAUGHT CUSTOMER. PERIOD!!!
