I needed a key for a post office box and they were rudely saying I’m doing something shady and I that I need to get my address straight.. when she could’ve taken an extra 5 seconds to better understand the situation. The rudely plush me to the side and was talking on the phone with somone not professionally… I’ve been in management for years and this is not how you run an establishment

Her nose in the computer talking to some guy in the back so she yelling this convo while I'm standing there. Y'all used to always tape the box for me. She refuse to even touch my box until it was taped. She tried to get me to buy the tape that I didn't have money for. When I go to ask another question she continues yelling comments about whatever is on her computer and interrupts me. Im assuming I signed the box wrong but instead of guiding me what I'm doing wrong she just says "not there" to where I ended up trashing the whole box bc it looked like doodles at that point. Never coming back after that. Not only was it embarrassing but very rude. I prefer USPS over how I was treated here.
