- KEKaren EdgellMar 9, 20261.0I have made 2 visits to the post office inquiring where to place the mailbox for a new home. I was told an orange flag would be placed as a marker. I went back 3 days later due to no marker. Apparently utility companies also use orange markers. I completed a form with pertinent information and was told I would receive a call from the mail carrier assigned to that route. No call received. We all work hard but this is unacceptable.

I am particularly concerned about the unnotified return of my packages. Furthermore, it appears that management is not adequately addressing these issues.
