- KKKalMar 17, 20261.0This branch is absolutely horrible. I wouldn’t trust them to ship a nickel for me. I have had packages never delivered, or even delivered four months late because it was “lost in the back.” Mail consistently gets “lost” or is delivered to the wrong address. Almost the entire staff is rude and condescending. Damien laughed in my face and told me I was wasting both of our time after I came to find mail that informed delivery said was delivered a week prior but had yet to arrive. They do not care about mail being lost or never delivered. The carriers dress like they just rolled out of bed and are shady to say the least.

Damien is top notch and always helps in any way he possibly can, I’ve not had much experience with other employees but the ones I have were very helpful and professional as well. Thank everyone at U.S.P.S Pendleton branch, I appreciate your hard work.
