The delivery was on time. There were two men, older and younger. The older man walked into my house and said you have a fan. I said yes. He said we don't remove. Only install. We will block the fan when we install the microwave. Anybody knows that's ridiculous. He gripped the whole time. The younger guy was still digging around in the truck when the older guy was finished. The venting to the outside was way too long. The two guys spent almost a half hour getting the vent right. Then they got the microwave up very quickly. The first thing I noticed from a distance is the microwave is not level. The older guy said it's your shelving. Nothing we can do. They showed me that it turned on and off the light turned on and off and the fan turned on and off. I tipped them $40 each because of the issues with vent. And they went on their way. As soon as they left I realized that the microwave was venting into the house. They skipped the step where you rotate the two fan motors. Even I know that. I have a gas stove and I want it vented outside. I immediately called rxo. Told them that the truck was probably still in the neighborhood if they could get them to come back and make that flip. The woman said no. I said now what and I got a nonsense answer. It's been 2 days and I haven't heard anything. I paid $129 for the installation and now I will have to pay someone else to remove it and do it right. This is extremely disappointing.
