Uncooperative. My sister sent a package to me that is literally a four hour drive away. I wish I made the drive to get it myself, but I was not expecting the this level of unprofessional uncooperative, play. On Jan 14 my sister sent me the title to the vehicle I bought. Two weeks go by with nothing. I ask for the tracking number, she lost the tracking number. No big deal. It should be easy to get the tracking number back. Nope my sister and father have been fighting these unprofessional clowns for the past two months! Just to get a tracking number! They claim they cannot search for it, but after studying on USPS policies and regulations their are two forms of payment and each has their own progress on how to obtain a lost tracking number. 1. If you pay with card then you have to pull up the bank statement that has the time and date of purchase. Then the clerk will look everything, up for you. 2. If you paid with cash, then you must bring your ID. Tell the clerk the day it was sent out. Around and estimated time it was sent, as well as give both the senders address and the recipients address. From here the clerk will look everything up in the system and give the tracking number. These are the policies and regulations made by USPS so to have these clerks rudely turn away my family for very important documents, all over a tracking number. It's been two months and those documents will take twelve too 24 months to try and obtain through other means. I highly suggest that pawleys island fire every staff member in this building. They obviously don't care for the citizens and their packages. I have never had to sit on the phone begging to receive answers for hours before being told "theirs nothing I can do". Your own staff is lazy, unprofessional, rude, and uncooperative.

Always under staffed. One person working the desk. If you need something at the Post Office, bring a folding chair and a lunch it is going to be a long wait. At least the people in line are friendly.

It's a hit or miss for my packages. They go to the wrong address most of the time. Honest neighbors bring them to me others just keep them!!

Gary at this location is simply an exceptional employee. He is efficient yet super friendly with each customer—even during the busiest of times like holidays and the days prior to tax day. Thank you, Gary!
