  The Representatives that work here constantly put the WRONG MAIL in other people boxes!!!! I have constantly gave others their mail as well as put other people mail underneath the door. You have to take your time and pay attention. I've sent mail to my Grandmother and a few times she never received them and called them to verify. Everyone will not return the mail to the right person. This carelessness has to stop!!!! I just put someone else mail underneath the door that was not my Grandma's!!!!

  Nasty attitudes… will constantly put the wrong mail in your box regardless of how many times you correct them… it’s shameful because you would think they’d at least try to do better. When you’re missing mail they complain about whose name is on the papers but as I said will constantly put the wrong mail in your box. I’m tired of going down there(3 hours) just to try and correct it. I’m calling someone higher up.

  Antee and Uma are the best pamplico post office has to offer. They know you by name, fix when mail is delivered wrong ( tracking your package down to ensure you receive it as if it wasn't delivered incorrectly with ease) , always seem willing to help and explain any process or procedure you do not understand. I just don't understand why these ladies aren't higher in position for all of their excellence. Prior to everytime I would enter a postmaster by the name of Mrs Collins was always rude, would say my packages weren't there everytime, just to find out they were she was just too lazy and had become complacent with her job to even try to bend her back to look. She prefers sit at the desk and make you wait around on her when my time is precious as a business owner. Everytime I see her I cringe at the fact that she has to service me. Maybe if they replaced her and put one of the ladies there that gets it right with better interpersonal skills and concern for the ppl in place the mail carriers would be more precise on ensuring our mail was not missing delivered as reflected in the prior reviews (as it starts with the head). Please consider work ethic over seniority so that the small town local post office is ran more efficiently for our town. Let me add that the guy that maintains the area is always smiling and keeps it nice and clean. Keep up the great work!

  I have never had so much trouble with someone delivering my mail. Every single package has been delivered to the wrong address or attempted to be delivered to the wrong address ! Every single package ! There’s always someone at my house so there’s absolutely no excuse! I will now be having my packages delievered somewhere else because this is flat out ridiculous

  Why does an item have to sit needlessly in this particular post office for SEVERAL DAYS before being sent off in route to it's delivery destination?!?! This also appears to be the norm. I think its a work ethic issue, hence the position should be given to someone who really would appreciate the work.
