- NJNeNe JohnsonSep 19, 20211.0The Representatives that work here constantly put the WRONG MAIL in other people boxes!!!! I have constantly gave others their mail as well as put other people mail underneath the door. You have to take your time and pay attention. I've sent mail to my Grandmother and a few times she never received them and called them to verify. Everyone will not return the mail to the right person. This carelessness has to stop!!!! I just put someone else mail underneath the door that was not my Grandma's!!!!
- ACAlicia CDec 14, 20192.0I live less than a block from this place but it's one of the most inconvenient things in my life. They close at 4pm which makes it difficult for me to retrieve packages unless I leave work early Monday through Friday. Being open for one hour on Saturday is also incredibly stupid. I've walked up there at 9:55 to find them closed and no one willing to come to the door. The staff is helpful but the hours are not.

Every single package has been delivered to the wrong address or attempted to be delivered to the wrong address ! Every single package ! There’s always someone at my house so there’s absolutely no excuse! I will now be having my packages delievered somewhere else because this is flat out ridiculous
