- BJB JonesOct 10, 20251.0The staff at this location is always helpful. However, their prices are extremely inflated. So much so, that in my opinion customers are being ripped off. I usually just pay the price for whatever service I need, knowing that I will have to do so at what most would consider an unfair price. However, my most recent visit left feeling like I was robbed of my money. I needed 2 documents scanned & sent to my email address. I figured the price would not cost more than $2-3, because I did not need staff here to print the documents. However, I was charged $12 to scan 6 pages to their email address & then forwarded to mine. When given the total i was shocked & I asked for an explain. The store's staff members stated that the cost to Scan documents or send a Fax is $2 for the 1st page of your document & $1 for each additional page. I truly don't know how that cost was figured up, but I had to pay it because the service had been completed. So I suggest to customers in the Orangeburg to find another means to handle printing, faxing, or scanning services.
