  Don't go to UPS in Orangeburg to mail off any timesheets or important documents in a timely manner because you may get the same treatment. I was given false information by 1 of the agents. Im not sure if she was new or what but she stated my timesheets would get to the destination in 2-3 days and she was so wrong. I purchased the service based on info she gave me. Well my timesheets wont actually get there until 6 days after the date she gave me. She didnt even SAY, IT WAS NO GUARANTEE IT WOULD GET THERE IN 2-3 days either. She left that part off. If she had, I would not have taken a chance luke that. To me the lady just took my money because I didnt receive the service as she stated I would. When I asked the manager to review their video to validate what I was reporting she told me that I need a search warrant for her to review the video of her agent giving me false information. Wow she wouldn't even look into it. How unprofessional!! Well now I got to wait 3 weeks to get paid because your agent gave me false info and you dont even care!! Some ppl just dont need to be in customer service at all. UPS is only good for returning packages you purchased & you have to send it back and just shipping items that has no timeframe. This is so disappointing!! They wouldn't return my $. Just kept saying the post office is responsible. No they not because the post office didnt stand there given false info YOUR AGENT DID!! She undoubtedly dont know what she's talking about and need to be re-trained.

  I get lots of packages in my Mail Box and whenever I come they help put them in my car.. they are wonderful people and so helpful! Star worthy treatment!

  The staff at this location is always helpful. However, their prices are extremely inflated. So much so, that in my opinion customers are being ripped off. I usually just pay the price for whatever service I need, knowing that I will have to do so at what most would consider an unfair price. However, my most recent visit left feeling like I was robbed of my money. I needed 2 documents scanned & sent to my email address. I figured the price would not cost more than $2-3, because I did not need staff here to print the documents. However, I was charged $12 to scan 6 pages to their email address & then forwarded to mine. When given the total i was shocked & I asked for an explain. The store's staff members stated that the cost to Scan documents or send a Fax is $2 for the 1st page of your document & $1 for each additional page. I truly don't know how that cost was figured up, but I had to pay it because the service had been completed. So I suggest to customers in the Orangeburg to find another means to handle printing, faxing, or scanning services.
