- KKKate KennedyApr 6, 20261.0For the TWENTIETH time this year… same thing… Expecting packages from Amazon They don’t show up “Customer Has requested packages be held at carrier facility” Customer has NEVER Request requested that the packages be held at the carrier facility and as a matter of fact, changes and updates this regularly on Amazon to point out the incompetence of the Postal Service to walk up one flight of stairs to deliver her packages. As a matter of fact, they have a real pension for “LN” (Search for left notice) On top of their packages, but never leaving a notice at all so it’s completely up to me to monitor Amazon consistently and see when they decided to leave my packages at the post office… And I get the same question from the people at the desk every time “do you receive mail at your location” of course I do. I’ve lived here for two years and you think I would’ve brought that up as a problem by now? If I wanted to go pick up the items I’m ordering from Amazon I would get in my car and go get them. The point of ordering them from Amazon is to have them delivered to my door. Not to go to the post office multiple times a week to pick them up and stand in line to do it. Weaponized incompetence paid by the federal government. And the latest is even better a friend sent me a package early this month and she had no idea what happened to it and When tracked she was told it was delivered So we both assumed it was completely lost But when I went and searched my Amazon packages today low and behold, there is the gift sent by my friend… Completely ridiculous

This is so unprofessional and not okay. This needs to be addressed.

I absolutely love this location. It’s my favorite. I’m there every single day, and for someone that’s there everyday, I am so thankful for them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
