  Authorized partner of Amazon means that you have hours 7 days a week not 6! If you guys are now going to be an authorized partner for Amazon and allow customers to return items via your services alongside a UPS you need to adjust your business hours to operate Monday through Friday and Saturday through Sunday. That needs to be mandatory for all FedEx office locations no exceptions! If you guys cannot do this you need to revert back to not being a business partner with Amazon to offer these services. This complaint is also being sent directly through fedex.com. Thank you for your understanding as I speak for all Amazon customers about this issue.

  Back in college, I worked at a Kinko's copy center before they got bought out by FedEx, so I understand what is expected from machine knowledge to customer service and everything in between. Jason and the staff go above and beyond with an attention to detail and customer service that is rarely seen these days. Although, it can be incredibly busy there, everything the staff there does is in the service of the best customer experience. I highly recommend the store!

  Rude staff, completely useless location I’ll just take my business elsewhere as these are privately owned locations.
