  Back in college, I worked at a Kinko's copy center before they got bought out by FedEx, so I understand what is expected from machine knowledge to customer service and everything in between. Jason and the staff go above and beyond with an attention to detail and customer service that is rarely seen these days. Although, it can be incredibly busy there, everything the staff there does is in the service of the best customer experience. I highly recommend the store!

  They treated me horribly didn’t want to help me with anything they made it seem like I was bothering by asking for help no greeting nothing just a blank stare 😔

  Micaela, associate at the FedEx Office located in North Myrtle Beach, SC deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service! On Monday, 10/20/2025, while assisting me Micaela was very professional, efficient and had a very pleasant attitude with an item that I needed to return to the sender. She was very patient when answering my questions as to how to email/print the return label, etc. Due to her excellent customer service/people skills, Micaela is an asset to the FedEx OfficeTeam!   WILL NOT TAKE LIVE ANIMALS no matter what location of fedex offices you go to this is a terrible attribute to their store and for me to be able to ship them I’d have to drive an hour away & and hour back and deal with non needed headaches and talk to a 1-800 number just because you can’t do your job
