On Monday, 10/20/2025, while assisting me Micaela was very professional, efficient and had a very pleasant attitude with an item that I needed to return to the sender. She was very patient when answering my questions as to how to email/print the return label, etc. Due to her excellent customer service/people skills, Micaela is an asset to the FedEx OfficeTeam!
