I have never encountered a post office that cares more about residents than this one. They deserve to be rewarded for all the hard work they have put in for me and other veterans in our neighborhood. North Charleston: some of WORST postal service in the Southeast US! . Rivers PO investigated and Pinehaven just as bad! . SEE photos. . Please hire some darn Palmetto Gardens mail carriers.....and, ones who know how to read addresses! .... AND, Louis, Rhonda retired over the summer. Retroactive complaining? ....
- LCLouis CastellanoJan 5, 20261.0There was a lady that worked here that was incredibly rude. I have been coming here for seven years because I live so close by. And service is also extremely slow. One time the signature pad screen would not work, so I had to sign but could not read what I was signing. Is that a big deal? No. But, the standards here are just low. I am here now and again, the service is glacier slow and there is a line piling up. It’s unfortunate, but this is how things operate in this area of North Charleston. I wish the post office would set an example.
