I feel like they would rather get a root canal than interact with me in a polite manner. She Always has something to say, a snarky or sarcastic comment. It is like their day is ruined when they see more than 10 packages needing to be scanned in. She even filled out the survey herself leaving the best option review. The customer is the one who is supposed to fill out the review.
