  The service was amazing. I went in there to return an item, as well as print a label and it was easy like 123. Definitely will be returning here

  Very unhappy who every work at ups on Jan 17, 2026 mailed the wrong package a heater back to amazon Because of their careless now I am to repay for item I no longer have.

  UPDATE: Due to Owners response, I am increasing this to a 4 star review ( I cant justify 5 because the issue happened in the first place). Thank you for the response! ---------------------------- Store will not accept "Amazon packageless drop-off" without a package. Staff claimed their store management instructed them to refuse all shoe returns, unless the shoe-box was packaged in an ADDITIONAL package

  The staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. We had a lot of shipping to do and they were so great and patient. Highly highly recommend.
