- CMCJ MonaghanOct 1, 20251.0I was shipping a phone back to Apple for repairs. Apple received that package but not the phone inside. A FedEx employee stole the phone out or it. When I went to this facility to address it, I was met with rude service, told to call the 800 number (which I already had) but not even provided that number. Now I’m responsible for the $1300 for the phone because an employee stole it, and fedex doesn’t care

How do you deliver a package like that? SERIOUSLY?! I don’t know who y'all are hiring but they should be fired. $90 order of food. Wasted. Y'all have ALWAYS BEEN TERRIBLE. My AT&T router was SOAKED last time. I was really hoping it was just a one time deal. Apparently not. It is not that hard to NOT deliver destroyed packages. Oh and if they come out that way? SAY SOMETHING! DO SOMETHING! CONTACT SOMEBODY!!!!! Cause how do you put this package in the back of your truck like that?? I wish I could do ZERO STARS!!!! I am beyond pissed considering I had to throw away 7 days worth of meals. Raw chicken? Warm. Beef? Green. Y'all should know better. Do better.

The ground/freight center in Ladson, SC failed to deliver our package the 1st night & by the 2nd night with no delivery by 8pm I decided to put a hold and get it delivered to this location so we could pick just pick it up ourselves. With still no delivery by 2-3 days later and the tracking info looking like it was traveling around on a truck somewhere or who knows what, I called Megan at the local office and she made some calls and told me how to do the claim process and within a few days I got an alert my husbands truck steps ( which is a pretty big package and still wondering how this could have gotten misplaced or lost) was at this location. Thanks again Megan you are awesome. 😊😄😁👍
