If I could give a ZERO rating I sure would! My carrier to zip code 29860 is worthless. Doesn't close my box half the the time so if it's raining my mail gets soaking wet. They are too lazy to deliver packages that shouldn't go in my box to my door. If they can wad the package up and cram it in the mailbox, that's exactly what they do. Despicable and lazy. Delivering the mail used to be an honorable profession. Now they give those jobs to those most incompetent for the position.

I dont understand how they see it acceptable to open and keep what they want from packages then deliver most to wrong addresses. Isn't this a federal offense? Also never order anything fragile I watched this man pull up singing to the top of his lungs then threw my dishes and broke them all while pretending not to see or hear me. They make sure to throw the heaviest on top when they can. There is no customer service.

These employees treat their job like a half-hearted hobby. Call hold times easily reach over 20 minutes. If the postmaster isn’t there apparently the whole operation comes to a standstill. You’re better off going out of your way to try another post office if you need anything done.

I am in a wheelchair and both me and my wife have a disability. I filled out the necessary paperwork for a hardship delivery and sent it in to be approved. That was 7 months ago. I have not been informed about any updates. Every time I call I get the same lame answer of we are waiting for corporate to make a decision. This is getting ridiculous

Usually my visits to the post office, no matter the reason, is pleasant for the most part aside from one particular individual that has a horrible attitude every single time with everyone. I believe his name is Antjuan. Until today, iv never had the pleasure of meeting the post master Shanda Coleman and after today, I hope no one ever does. From the second she come around the corner, she was already hot. The mix of smart remarks, cutting off while I talk and lack of eye contact made for a nasty experience. I held my composure and told her I understood she couldn’t help me with what I needed help with. However, there’s a way to speak to people. It’s SUPER obvious she has an authority complex & I feel terrible for anyone that has to work for her or ever encounter her. I usually don’t go out of my way to share how horrible a customer service experience was but beings that I myself am in customer service with an authority title, I would have been fired a long time ago if I had her attitude.
