- RSrobin stanfieldJan 8, 20261.0NON STOP change for deliveries. E.G., my water was set to be delivered this Monday. Today is Thursday. I received a notification that my delivery had been changed to this past Tuesday. Then another for Wednesday. Then another for Thursday. Then it a Friday (tomorrow). Finally was able to get someone in the phone and I told the representative that I need to definitively know that I would be receiving my water order on Friday. I was assured that I would. Meanwhile, I’ve had to go out and purchase a case of water because I’ve been completely out for two days. JUST NOW got notification that my delivery will be this coming Monday. I have guests coming into town this weekend. BEYOND livid and am currently checking out other companies to have my service through. Ridiculous Need to add that this has happened a handful of times over a short amount of time. AND just received another notification for next Tuesday delivery. AFTER receiving Primo response to my review.

I wish that I could give zero stars because this company gives zero back. Look elsewhere for water.
- RHRobert HensonFeb 24, 20211.0My first delivery was scheduled for Tuesday. They cancelled and sent an email after the fact. They rescheduled the delivery for Today. The guy dropped it off in my driveway without even ringing the doorbell. The cooler didn't work. I called the 800 number 3 times and never did get a callback with any technical help. Then they wanted to exchange the cooler Friday. I cancelled the service completely and told them to come get their stuff.
