    Horrible and frustrating!!!! Always a line out the door when your going to the SOCASTEE Postoffice been getting other people’s mail for two years, put in a customer service request months ago and I’m still getting other people‘s mail even though they said that they completed the service request and told the courier Was supposed to get a package the other day this has happened three times already did not receive my package. He must’ve put it in the wrong numbered mailbox. They never returned it to me how to get a replacement. Why is this happening? This is so ridiculous. I can’t even get a package I paid for. tried calling again. No one is answering the phone. It just keeps ringing and ringing and ringing. Try getting people that know how to do the job and know how to do it right !! this is very frustrating and annoying. Horrible customer service.

    I have signed TWO signed orange post office slips that are taped in mailbox by mail carrier to leave certified letters WITHOUT a signature. yet multiple times this year I've had the orange "we missed you slips". twice the carrier didn't even bother to come to my door and my doorbell camera proved it. BOTH TIMES!!!!! Trying to get ahold of the office is next to impossible. I've called multiple times and let the phone ring for 4 mins each time before it gets disconnected, I repeat this until my call is answered. It is a total waste of my time when all they need to do is the bare minimum. Spoke to the manager after the doorbell camera incident earlier in the year yet this is STILL happening. Where is the disconnect? Maybe I'd know if my calls were answered. I don't want to complain to the Post Master but at this point I don't know what else to do. EDITED TO ADD: My usual mail carrier rang my doorbell after reading my note ( about 1.5-2 hrs. after posting this review) and let me know she was off the last few days and she would deliver the letter tomorrow. I believe her name is Debbie. She is the only positive attribute to this post office. Whenever any other carrier delivers mail there is always something wrong.

    Lived at same address for 25 years and constantly get wrong mail in box, packages that show delivered but don't receive while at home and surveillance video shows no delivery. Very incompetent and lack attention to detail. Phone's don't get answered, follow ups don't occur. Frumpy looking carriers with questionable vehicle reliability. Long lines, dry personalities and the list goes on. Not a good look for a federal job.

    I have used this post office for the past 10 years since I moved here and I've never had a problem the employees are very respectful and very helpful.
