I was contacted first thing the next morning being when I filed the report online it was past their business hours. Anyway, being contacted first thing in the morning to give me an update that they knew where the package was and they were going to do their best to retrieve it and re-deliver to the correct address. I was contacted again later that day to get the confirmation they had received the package back luckily and were able to re-deliver to me that same day which they did. Even though it was a frustrating experience on my end, I am very satisfied with how they handled it and how quickly it was resolved. I spoke with a specific employee Tommy, about the situation and he was absolutely wonderful. Thank you again to him for all of his support and help.
