The worker called us, the call dropped because of technical issues, and we got to the mail room five minutes later—he was already gone. We tried calling the post office over and over with no answer. Another worker on the route told us we’d be able to pick up the package at the post office, so we went there, only to be told we couldn’t get it until the next day. If you’re delivering to a large apartment building with a mail room, you should understand it takes people a moment to get downstairs. The lack of communication, patience, and customer service was incredibly frustrating.
