    Subject: Complaint About USPS Manager Refusing Service Before Closing Time Dear USPS Customer Service, I visited your location today to send an international shipment. When I approached the counter, the manager told me it was too late to process it. I explained that the store closes at 4:30 PM, and it was only 4:14 PM — there were still 16 minutes before closing. Despite that, she refused to help me and also refused to provide her name. She was wearing a name tag but was hiding it with her hair. The store was almost empty, with no line or waiting customers. After I insisted, another employee kindly stepped in and completed my shipment in less than 5 minutes. It’s very disappointing that the manager herself demonstrated such poor customer service. Refusing service well before closing time — especially when the store was not busy — and refusing to identify herself is unprofessional and unacceptable. I would appreciate it if USPS could look into this matter and ensure that customers are treated respectfully and fairly, especially during regular business hours. Thank you for your attention.

    Mark is awesome. I would give him more stars if I could. On a busy Saturday, and I mean people out the doors busy, he keeps the line moving quickly and smoothly. It took me 15 minutes to go through the line, with no one else working, besides Mark! GIVE MARK A RAISE!!!

    If you want to meet the happiest USPS worker at the counter, then you must come to this USPS location and be served by Hank or just watch him in action! We need more Hanks in the world today! God bless Hank for his constant sunny disposition!
