When I approached the counter, the manager told me it was too late to process it. I explained that the store closes at 4:30 PM, and it was only 4:14 PM — there were still 16 minutes before closing. Despite that, she refused to help me and also refused to provide her name. She was wearing a name tag but was hiding it with her hair. The store was almost empty, with no line or waiting customers. After I insisted, another employee kindly stepped in and completed my shipment in less than 5 minutes. It’s very disappointing that the manager herself demonstrated such poor customer service. Refusing service well before closing time — especially when the store was not busy — and refusing to identify herself is unprofessional and unacceptable. I would appreciate it if USPS could look into this matter and ensure that customers are treated respectfully and fairly, especially during regular business hours. Thank you for your attention.
