- BDBarry D3 days ago1.0Very rude white bald tattooed guy behind the counter needs customer service training now. No surprise this location has such bad reviews. This is also a direct reflection on management for allowing all the different types of issues mentioned in the reviews to happen in the first place. If people don't like communicating with the general public, maybe you should rethink your position and go into the back and sort letters or push a broom. It would be nice to see the Post Master General take a hard look at this locations employees and hold some serious customer service training ASAP. Just a little reminder, it starts at the TOP.

I don't know if she's racist and just doesn't like white people or if that's how she is with everyone regardless of race. Had a family member at my address go in and pick up mail and she refused to release the mail for that address when it's never been a problem before for the 21 years I've lived at this address. She claimed it has always been this way. My suggestion is to fire the entire staff at this post office and start fresh.

They were kind, helpful, provided free tape, fast, given that they are helping someone every 3 mins and I personally suck at sending packages so I appreciate the help. Not sure what everyone else is saying but I thought for 2 people working a like of 30 was pretty good.
