I regret not saying something to her. She was so rude and flat out mean. The UPS lady (Bobbi or Billi) kept her cool, I don’t know how. It’s 2 weeks before Christmas. Of course UPS is busy. They were great.

Could not use one strip of tape to tape the boxes together without being sold a whole packaging tape roll. After paying $4 to print a label it was handed to me then pushed to the side. Did not even explain anything but assumed I knew what to do. If you are not able to handle a line out the door you don’t have to be aggressive with the ones who did wait in line.

Overall, the process was smooth from start to finish. I definitely recommend adding your Amazon return QR codes or labels to your Apple Wallet ahead of time; it makes check-in at UPS even faster.
