The person who was "helping me" was incredibly rude and when the QR code I had didn't work was not exceptionally helpful except to say "he knew how to do his job" and had the worst attitude. I was just following what the email told me to do- never have I been treated so rudely unnecessarily. I will never go back to this shop- it was the worst

She was there for 45 minutes while the line grew out the door. When we who were waiting asked why no system was in place for special orders and appointments, . The clerk said: " how do you know she didn't have an appointment?" What?....Then the clerk said " so what are you complaining about? Everyone in line was rolling their eyes and making eye contact with other people in line. TERRIBLE.
