The driver Nathanial never has my package here when it’s supposed to be. It will be out for delivery all day then I get a message that it’s undeliverable because they couldn’t find the address. I guess they can only find it when they want to deliver it and not in such a hurry to get back to the warehouse to go home. The drivers are incompetent and need to be replaced with people that want to work

The shipper confirmed the address on the package was correct. The driver was incompetent. And now I have to wait to hopefully get my package redelivered in another week since they shipped it back to Spirit Halloween the same day instead of just communicating with me to redeliver or schedule a pick up. What the hell?
