  I had a package that was going to be delivered today & I put the wrong address on it. I went here at 10am the young lady said the trucks did not leave yet, she went to the back and got my package off the truck. I am thankful that she was so helpful. I did not get her name but she was very professional.

  When did FedEx become so incompetent? Tracking is a joke, paid for overnight delivery got it four days later and only after I called to find out where the hell it was. Everytime I order a product online, I cringe when I find out it's being shipped by FedEx. Hit or miss if you are ever going to receive your package. FedEx is officially worse than the post office.

  Worst ever I’ve had to chase my package down so many times it’s ridiculous, and mind you the ware house is 100 miles round trip. The driver Nathanial never has my package here when it’s supposed to be. It will be out for delivery all day then I get a message that it’s undeliverable because they couldn’t find the address. I guess they can only find it when they want to deliver it and not in such a hurry to get back to the warehouse to go home. The drivers are incompetent and need to be replaced with people that want to work
