But today, Francesco made it such a smooth and then pleasant experience. They were super busy, I had a very large document (training manual) to print, day of, and he handled it along side the rest of the team with a big smile and warmth. He got me a fair price, and even separated each chapter of the manual for me with pink paper so I didn’t have to sort through myself. 10/10 customer service, Francesco rocks.
