The address is readily identifiable on the house, on waze, on Google maps, but usps won't deliver it to me for amazon because it is not an established mailing address in their obviously antiquated system. The usps employee seemed surprised that someone would order a package while on vacation. They said the reason ups and FedEx could deliver a package to me was that they are package delivery companies. Totally unacceptable. Not a good look for the Post Office.

I’ve gotten 4 different excuses-no access to mailbox (lie), snow ( I got other mail that one day we had snow), label issue (whatever that means), and postage due. Postage due was after 6 weeks of other excuses. I was then told they would try to deliver it ‘as a courtesy’ if I put postage due in the mailbox. I have no problem giving them 7.00 but Tiffany was rude, condescending, and refused to give me her bosses name. It’s hardly ‘a courtesy’ for them to get my package to me after 2 months of their mistakes. I’ve received other mail and packages every day. This one has gotten lost in the shuffle and she treats me like it’s my fault. What an inept office she’s running. (She informed me she’s the boss)

USPS was to deliver my amazon package, I am here for my grandfather’s memorial service, my package contains a book on grieving that i was reading and wanted to include a passage from for the eulogy and left at home so i ordered a second copy. It was to be delivered today, but usps returned it as undeliverable, and wouldnt deliver it to the resort were we are staying. Donna was horrible and told me to go to walmart.
