He told me I had to go to FedEx but he took the time to not only tape up my package, he also put the shipping label on it as well. Even though I wasn't shipping with them, he did that for me! You can't ask for better service than that! Thank you!!

A gentleman and his attorney/notary spoke disrespectfully to the employee, Miss Meek, and then asked for her name so they could contact her manager. Throughout the entire exchange, she stayed professional, informative, and courteous. Her composure and customer service were excellent, especially given the circumstances. If management needs additional details from a witness, you can reply here and I can provide them.
